All
lets are from Saturday to Saturday unless previously agreed by ourselves.
Our properties are let on a weekly basis, for a
minimum of one week and any number of weeks subject to availability.
You should arrived between 4pm and 7pm. Some exceptions
may be made to arrive later, but you’ll need to inform us
in advance. Under no circumstances may you arrive after 10 pm. Departure
time is 10:00 on your last day.
This will vary from property to property. Normally
you will be asked for a deposit of 150 - 300 Euros, in cash, but
checks may be accepted by some owners. This is payable to the owner
or their representative and serves as security against any minor
breakages.
All properties provide linen and towels (Excluding
beach/pool towels) free of charge. For lets between April and October,
fuel for heating is also included on some properties, but not all.
Please ask. All properties will provide normal kitchen equipment,
adequate blankets, duvets and pillows.
The property is cleaned in between lets and is
prepared for your arrival on Saturday afternoon. Although the property
is cleaned following your departure, you are expected to leave the
property in the same state that you have found it. Some owners reserve
the right to charge a cleaning fee if the premises are not left
clean and tidy.
Your holiday price does not include personal insurance
cover. We strongly advise guests to take out their own personal
insurance cover as well as obtaining a form E111 from the post office.
You should also be aware that whist you are renting one of the gites,
you are responsible for it and may be held responsible for any damage
to either the property or its contents.
If your gite has a telephone it will be stated
on the details. If your gite does not have a telephone you should
purchase a French telephone card on your arrival for use in French
telephone kiosks, they do not accept coins. Cards can be purchased
in local 'Tabacs'
Although legislation has changed, guests are kindly
asked not to bring pets to our gites. Exceptions are made for guide
dogs where we are informed of the fact in advance. Please enquire
and we will let you know if we have properties which do accommodate
pets.
Yes, we have certain properties which are available
for long term winter and summer rentals, please contact us directly
to discuss your requirements.
When you have selected your holiday accommodation
and completed the booking form you will be asked to send a non-refundable
deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost, the balance is due 6 weeks
before you arrive at your gite. If you’re making a reservation
and you are within the 6 week arrival time, you will be asked to
pay 100% of the rental fee. Payment can be accepted in either Sterling
(by cheque) or in Euros, American or Canadian dollars by direct
bank transfer. Details on payment methods will be sent with booking
details. Kindly take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellations
as your deposit and possibly your total rental fee is non-refundable.
If you do need to cancel, we will endeavor to re-let the property
and refund your payment if possible. |
